This property does not provide appropriate value for the price. I travel quite often and have never once received such poor service at a so-called luxury hotel. Firstly, my husband and I got to the area a couple hours early so we called to see if our room was ready yet because then we would go straight to check in. If not, we would do something else that we had planned. We were told the room is ready so we arrived to the hotel and were treated quite rudely by the staff who said that the room was not ready and won't be for another few hours. I was extremely upset because we had wasted the time to come here early at this point. After some back and forth, they finally let us into the room but did not seem happy about it. The room was designed quite nicely, I'll give them that. The balcony and the view were great as well. I understand that most hotels put twin beds together to form a larger bed, which they did here. However, they didn't even fit it with a larger sheet to help keep the beds together and cover the crack, so we were constantly having to push the beds back together. The pillows were also flat and didn't provide much support to my head and neck. It also got very hot in the room because they hadn't switched the building over from heat to AC yet, which I understand but no solution was offered. We had the balcony door wide open, but I still barely slept during the whole stay because of the heat. They should at least offer a fan for guests. Overall, would not stay again.
