Dear Henrique Thank you kindly for your visit and for the feedback. We regret to hear that you could not enjoy your stay in our house. You have booked a Boutique Queen Room. Your room had a barrier free bathroom – so as it is shown on the picture on Expedia. We do not share your point of view that there is any discomfort for guests because of that the bathroom is barrier free. This is not a reason for us to give a free upgrade, especially if exactly the pictures of this room are shown on this site which you have booked. We do apologize that the toilet seat was loose and that your coffee machine was not working properly. After you have complained about this too we do have offered you a free upgrade, which you did not want. We also offered you a bottle of Spiez wine by the check-out which you did not want.
