Great little hotel simple and comfortable with very nice people. Beds are comfortable. Just enough space Easy to walk to both train stations to get up to Wegen and grindlewald. Excellent Mexican food restaurant next door with the nicest waiters. Kind of a hostel feeling but private rooms and bath

We had a great time during our stay. The staff was great and provided assistance as requested; however, in the evening it was difficult to get ahold of someone since the staff also oversee the restaurant located on first floor of hotel. Additionally, it can get loud on weekends because the restaurant attracts many customers. So much that the lobby and common area on second floor were used to sit overflow dinning customers. Nonetheless, for the price and room conditions, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Central, friendly
No elevator and we were on the top floor or thereabouts. Central location, friendly staff, good Mexican restaurant off the lobby. Tobacco shop across the street is top notch.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Blume. The staff was very lovely and welcoming especially housekeeping lady. She accommodated our early check-in and was very attentive and always positive.

Perfect location and friendly staff
We turned up quite early expecting just to drop our bags off but the gentleman at reception made sure our room was the next one to be cleaned and it was ready soon after. Really good when you are tired and just want to relax. The room was perfect. It was clean, just the right size and quite modern looking. The hotel itself is in a great location just a short walk from the train station and close to all the local shops and restaurants. Breakfast the next morning was great, just your basic continental but it was free so that’s a bonus. It was just a shame we weren’t staying longer.

The hotel was very nice, the location was great and we felt very safe to go out walking. At the hotel we were given bus tickets so we were able to go see another small town close by, the bus stop was just down the block. The restaurant downstairs was really good. The noise was a little bad, we could hear everything in the room nextdoor.

Friendly place in the middle of restaurants
The manageress was very nice and we were pleased with how central it was - yet not noisy on a Saturday night. No lift presumably stops it from being a 3 star hotel but no problems for us.

It was an okay experience. There is no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up a small stairway 4 floors. There was only 2 showers (one of which had a WC included, while the other was only a shower) which led to much waiting to use it especially since there are many other guests that are staying there.

Eddie was so helpful! I want to stay at Hotel Blume again just to visit him. The hotel was in a great spot and had everything we needed. The attached restaurant was busy and the food tasted great. I will be back!

As a 2-star hotel, they have meet all my expectations. The room is clean, and service for breakfast is very good, a few minutes walking from the train station and some stores and restaurants are around. It is a good budget hotel.

Nice hotel in the pedestrian area. The rooms were clean, in good condition and they have Tea/Coffee machines. Free breakfast and options are satisfactory (for vegetarians as well).

it was amazing stay in this hotel! the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was sick when staying in hotel blume, and the staff was so helpful! Location is very perfect, just 3 mins walks to the Interlaken west station. You can find many restaurants near this hotel. and the room was sparkling clean!

The hotel is quite near Interlaken West train station (8 min. Walk). It was surrounded by restaurants. We slept for two nights and it worked fine for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Adjoining restaurant was nice. No elevator, and no rooms on the ground floor. Parking is free but a little away from the hotel (2 minute walk) as the hotel is in a pedestrian zone.
