This is a very nice and comfortable hotel, the room is very well furnished, great desk and chair for computer work, overall a very relaxing room. The bed is extremely comfortable as are the pillows. No complaints regarding the room or breakfast which is also very good. Public transport options are right on your doorstep, there's a supermarket and pharmacy nearby too. One drawback was the relatively few eating options in the immediate area.

Liked the hotel very much. Great location with a tram station very close. The staff is amazing. Bed is convenient and lightning system is easy to control. What I didn’t like is cleanliness of the bathtub as I found a dark hair when I arrived and I’m pretty sure it was never cleaned even afterwards. Other than that, it’s a great cozy hotel with amazing and helpful staff

We visited Berlin as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and stayed at this lovely hotel where all the staff are extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful! The people on the front desk were very welcoming and were able to help whenever we had a question. The room was much bigger than we expected and everything was so clean! Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, although a little small, was perfectly adequate. The only thing that was a slight negative is that we were expecting 2 single beds for the teenagers but it was a sofa bed instead and was not comfortable at all (I've never found a sofa bed that is) which was a shame as we did SO much walking during the day, it would have been nice for them to get a comfortable night's sleep. Housekeeping came and cleaned the room every 2 days, those that we saw always had a cheerful greeting for us and did a lovely job. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice - literally something for everyone - and all the food was very tasty. A very good selection of cooked and cold meats, eggs, toast, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, juice, teas, coffee etc. Brenda, in the breakfast restaurant, always had a smile for all the guests. There is a tram literally around the corner and it only takes about 13 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz with great transport connexions. We never waited more than a few minutes for a tram or a train. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel and would definitely stay here again if we go

Good location to get to sites via tram. Right next to an amazing pool where you can pay to swim. Breakfast buffet had many selections including vegan and vegetarian options. Dennis was very helpful and Silvester was awesome!

We visited with 3 little kids (6, 3, and 1 YO) and booked a surprisingly spacious lounge room. The hotel is kid-friendly as they have a kid's area in the restaurant and in the lobby, too. Although the hotel is next to a busy intersection it was adequately quiet. The beds were comfy as well, we had a great time

Great comfortable find
Great budget find. Super comfortable beds, great amenities. Breakfast buffet wasn't the healthiest but has a range of options for everyone. This hotel is right by public transport and was very easy to get to and from. There's a grocery store and a chemist right next to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms facing the street can be a wee bit noisy, but hey, it's a big city. Only real issue was that the WIFI barely worked - if you're here to work, it's not a good choice, but if you're going to be out exploring all day, no worries! Overall I'd absolutely recommend as a budget friendly base for exploring Berlin, and would come back in a heartbeat.

Very basic but good location for public transport
Very convenient location when travelling with BVG, as the stop is just outside the hotel. Very basic rooms, shower handle broken and mirror wasn't cleaned upon taking the room. Internet on the room not working during the entire stay, which was very annoying. Booking wasn't existing either (no idea why) so it took some time to get sorted. Very friendly staff though (in the evenings) that were very helpful and customer oriented.

I had a lovely two nights stay here last month. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the room was spotless. The bed is very comfortable (with a plug socket on either side), and the shower powerful. A comfy armchair and an opening window add to the room. My room (515) faced the inner courtyard, and even with the window open was quiet. The breakfast was great, with a range of teas, condiments (including local honey) and a hot selection. The tram outside was a bonus, I used it a few times each day, and the S-Bahn is next door. Downstairs is a DM, an apotheke and a REWE, so any supplies you might need are right nearby. Would happily stay again, if in this part of Berlin.

Was a great overall stay. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were well appointed and clean. I had to be moved due to a plumbing issue, and the AC in the new room was very powerful, but I won’t ding them for that as it didn’t affect the quality of my stay.

We stayed at Vienna House Easy for a long weekend in June. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a commuter train station and a tram stop, and there’s a supermarket and a pharmacy in the same building. Otherwise the neighborhood didn’t seem that nice, so we didn’t spend any time around there. Fortunately it takes only about 15 mins to the city center with the public transportation. Our hotel room was really spacious. It wasn’t anything fancy but everything was clean and in good condition. The shower head was a bit wonky but did it’s job. We would’ve wished for a kettle in the room. It was a really hot weather that weekend, so the down blankets were too warm. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t have any thinner ones. With the air conditioning it was hot under the blanket but cold outside the blanket, so the nights weren’t as comfortable as they could have. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel and didn’t ask the room to be cleaned during our stay. Overall it was a fine stay for - at the time - relatively low price.

Great location: close to the S-Bahn metro and supermarket (keep in mind that all stores are closed on Sundays). Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Property is clean, modern - rooms are well decorated and clean!

I liked the funky youthful vibe. The mattress and pillow were terrific and the cotton sheets and down comforter excellent. I had a small issue with my first room, but they were quick to remedy the situation. Breakfast was delicious. A great value overall.

We had the best time at this hotel. Once we figured out the transport links it was so easy to get about Berlin. You can purchase your 24 hour tickets at the hotel and the staff were so very accommodating and helpful. I truly would recommend staying here. They are dog friendly too

Fantastic no-frills.
This is a really nice hotel, and an absolute steal for the price we paid. Very clean throughout. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was basic, but very nice all the same. The breakfast room may benefit from being a little bigger - over the weekend it gets really busy! I’ll definitely consider staying here again in future.

I am giving this score because of the dismissive attitude of the management of the Vienna House Easy Hotel in Berlin. I stayed in this hotel for eleven days in July 2019. The weather was very hot and there was an air conditioning problem in the hotel. Every day I spoke with the front desk, every day a new person and a new excuse. First, they denied the problem. Afterward, they said to me that the problem was well known by the site I made the reservation, Hotels.com. After three days they gave me a little fan that actually did not help. After seven days I was transferred to another room, with a little better situation. Back home, I wrote a complaint to Hotels.com. The answer was they did not get any notes from Vienna House about the problem and ask the Vienna House Easy Hotel for compensation. Finally, the Vienna House Easy Hotel sent me a very small compensation after three months they made any possible thing to avoid it. I must point out the great help of Hotels.com. Many other hotel options in Berlin.

We work hard as a team, to deliver an exceptional guest experience and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Unfortunately, as we published on our website, the full building area including our hotel faced a difficult time during the summertime (in July), because of the technical issues caused by the AC chiller machine. Kindly be informed that all necessary actions have been taken. The external technic company fixed the issue and took the measures to avoid repeating such situations in the future. Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly. Modern and happy looking. It is fairly well connected - S Bahn, tramcars (M). The breakfast variety is very good. We will try to book again when we are back in Berlin. I would definitely recommend it.
