"A tornado came through on Saturday night and CHELSEA, one of the employees, went over and above to make sure guests were kept informed and were safe. She made sure all outside doors were secure and quickly spread drop cloths near the doors that were letting in rain. This was all whilst there was no power. AND…she kept apologizing for the mess!
