"Check-in was pleasant but the hotel itself seemed a little run down. Elevators were jerky. One of the lights in our room didn’t work and there was a wet wash cloth slung over the top of the shower curtain that wasn’t ours."

"A tornado came through on Saturday night and CHELSEA, one of the employees, went over and above to make sure guests were kept informed and were safe. She made sure all outside doors were secure and quickly spread drop cloths near the doors that were letting in rain. This was all whilst there was no power. AND…she kept apologizing for the mess! She has my vote for employee of the month/year! "
