"We love this place. The staff SAVED our vacation here. We had booked another hotel ahead of time when traveling from out of state. The other hotel had roaches, so we booked this place at almost midnight. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a room that was clean and even asked if we needed any food. The decor is actually quite nice, and our room had new carpet and faux wood flooring in the bed area. We were SO thankful for the caring owners/staff! They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. As far as any bad reviews, if you want the Ritz, then go there! For the price of the room, we were VERY pleased with everything. It's a laid back, family environment, and you can tell the staff and owners are proud of this place. They genuinely care about their customers. It wasn't the usual fake, pretending to be a 5 star resort... It was a genuine care and concern for us as a family, our needs, and our safety. And by the way, the food smell was amazing, so you may want to skim past some other comments! We will definitely be staying here again!"
