"Super pretty house that looks even better than the pictures! Very safe with guards outside, close to Batam ferry terminal and the driver provided (Mr Jeno) was friendly and accommodating. Overall it’s clean, big and just wow too good to be true. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back!"

"Visited again in 2024 with my wife after a positive solo experience in 2018. Was worried about the recent negative reviews, but everything was as positive as I remember! Rooms were clean, the pool deck is beautiful, and the hotel staff were all very helpful and approachable! There is also a nice lemongrass theme to the smell of the whole place that I really love! Was also pleasantly surprised to see the addition of Lia bakery, which had really awesome pastries! Only downside is I seem to...

"Apartment and bedding are very nice. So is the gym. Near American fastfood, but otherwise pretty isolated. Company was responsive. Internet went down frequently. Plenty of hot water, good refrigerator and air con. No bugs. "
