"Super pretty house that looks even better than the pictures! Very safe with guards outside, close to Batam ferry terminal and the driver provided (Mr Jeno) was friendly and accommodating. Overall it’s clean, big and just wow too good to be true. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back!"

The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. "
