Unfortunately I did not choose the right hotel to stay in São Paulo with a two years old kid. Our stay was of 6 days in there. I could not make a bottle as they don’t have baby station area to wash up bottles and make fresh ones. The cleaning ladies are nice but they don’t clean everyday. In the reception the staffs seams not happy with their jobs there was one lady that was kind Stephani. In Alphaville there are so many options of good hotels to stay next time I will definitely not choose Confort Suits.

Execellent for business travelers

The room have a perfect size, breakfast good, great bathroom and everything works fine. The only to consider was the internet that could be a little better.

Great location, good value and large rooms with solid wi-fi. Front desk was very accommodating with early check in and late check out, which was needed coming from/heading back to the US

Bed was NOT good!

Basic business hotel. Room large and functional. Breakfast below average for Brazilian hotel. Thermostat was not functioning - A/C either running constantly or not at all. Bed hard and sheets uncomfortable.

Awesome Staff

I stayed in the hotel for 14 days. The room was clean and the staff was very pleasurable. I don't speak Portuguese but the staff was very accommodating in every way, going above and beyond. They remembered my name from the very first day. When I return I will definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Tatiana, Ruebens, Santiago and Wilma. - Mark

Estadia curta e bem ruim

Fomos levadas a um quarto que tinha acabado de ser usado, a cama estava desarrumada, o sofa cama com as almofadas para cima, banheiro sujo, toalha molhada jogada no chão...a resolução da mudança de quarto ainda demorou e a pessoa que nos levou ao outro quarto deu a desculpa que havia falta de camareiras.

Boa localização, mas precisa melhorar.

Hotel ok, tinha cozinha mas não talheres, tive que descer e pedir. Se você está acostumado com uma cama padrão hotel, não se hospede aqui. A cama deixa muito a desejar, não é confortável. O café da manhã também não é nada de outro mundo, é ok. No geral, somente a ducha de banho que foi surpreendente, mas o resto não me agradou.

Atenção ao hóspede

Sugiro prestarem mais atenção aos pedidos do hospede. No primeiro dia pedimos 2 toalhas de rosto(uma outra cada hóspede) e 2 tapetes para banheiro(um para frente da pia outro para saída do box).Pois tivemos que pedir por 4 dias seguidos para reporem esses itens.Ou seja..que faz a limpeza do quarto. não presta atenção no que recolhe e no que repõe. Falando em limpeza, os rejuntes do box do banheiro estão com uma aparência de sujeira e desleixo. A TV está com conexões falhas,a imagem treme muito. Ap 1702 Achei a equipe que cuida do café da manhã muito barulhenta quando levam louça para repor...beira ao insuportável... Sugestão: Coloquem feltros nos pés das cadeiras,pois elas são pesadas e promovem muito barulho quando os hóspedes precisam sentar ou levantar.

Incrementar algumas questões…

Apesar de algumas vezes terem tentado entrar no quarto, mesmo ele estando ocupado, sugerimos que o hotel reveja os travesseiros (duros e baixos)… Café da manhã com frutas sem amadurecer totalmente (o mamão, por exemplo, estava duro e sem muito gosto).

Agradável!

Ficamos 3 dias e foi muito agradável. Café da manhã ok, organização e atendimento muito bom. O único ponto ruim foi o banheiro que tinha cheiro de esgoto no ralo (que as vezes ficava forte), mas no geral, recomendo.

Boa estadia porem com alguns pontos a melhorar.

Quarto amplo, limpo e organizado. Ducha do banho muito boa. O colchão queen estava ruim e as molas estavam machucando. Café da manhã com bastante variedade, porem os ingredientes eram de má qualidade. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom.
