I stayed here for almost 3 weeks and wanted to share my experience for others considering to do the same.
The check-in process was smooth, however, I had to take the freight elevator because the main one was out of order when I arrived. When I got to the room, there were no windows (which was fine), however, the room smelled of humidity and I couldn’t air it out. I eventually had to switch rooms because the AC broke.
If you paid for breakfast, be there before 10 AM everyday. I was told it was until 10:30 AM on weekends, however, that is not true. I missed breakfast one day due to this. All in all, the breakfast is generally good.
The WIFI goes in and out, it was super annoying. If you’re going to be working remotely, you may want to reconsider. Luckily I was already on vacation.
Lastly, I’d like to talk about the staff. Most of the people (not all) working the front desk always seem to be grumpy and have an unfriendly demeanor. They don’t smile at all and it makes you not even want to approach them for assistance. Security is the same way, the man at the door sees you arrive and doesn’t even greet you.
If you want to have guests, make sure you bring before 10 PM. I tried to have a few family and friends over for a few hours and was generally met with a sour face when I approached the front desk to sign them in. It made me super uncomfortable.
Overall, the hotel has good amenities (food, pool, gym), but below average customer service.
