It was a good experience. However, few important details, very poor wifi connection in bedroom.Although it was promoted with washer machine, the connection was there but no washer. However, great location behind Sagrada Familia and multiples restaurants, retail stores and 24/7 grocery, including Christmas day! We were a family in 4 and will recommend this apart/hotel

Good location and close to Metro and amenities
Check-in was very easy - really helpful front desk team. The apartment well set out and conveniently located, serviced daily. States "Laundry Facilities" on Hotels.com site but there was no washing machine or dryer. When this queried, no suggestion there ever was. Laundrette located approx 40 metres down street sufficed. Several small supermarkets in immediate vicinity.

Didn't give us enough beds!
I booked for 4 people and requested a king size bed and 2 single beds. When I checked in, I was told that the rate was for 2 guests. They charged me for extra 2 guests, but the room only has a king bed and a single bed. They said they will give us another single bed, but it didn't happen. One of us had to sleep on the sofa.

Location is perfect! The picture is deceiving as one can only see apartment buildings from the balcony. We were hoping for a view of Sagrada Familia.

We liked the spacious living room with balcony. The bedroom was very dark allowing for undisturbed sleep. The bathtub had rust coming through on the bottom, though.

The location and condition of the apartment was excellent. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher, but otherwise unit was clean. Bed very comfortable. A 3 minute walk to the Segrada Familia, dining and souvenir shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Check in was easy and friendly, the apartment is a great size, I felt at home straight away. Bright and airy decor. Kitchen was well set out with a fridge freezer, kettle and a dishwasher! It was hot outside when we stayed so the air conditioning was a godsend. The balcony we had wasn’t street facing but we were happy with that, as it was quieter. Still nice to sit out. So close to Sagrada familia, just 2 blocks along. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery shop on the corner. It was perfect for us and I would certainly be booking here again.

Location, location, location, steps away from Sagrada Familia and metro station. Pharmacy, grocery stores and everything you could possibly need is nearby. My only complain is that for the three nights that we were there we could not connect to WIFI

Great alternative option in Barcelona- apartment was well appointed. Location near Sagrada Familia, transport links via the excellent Metro system 5 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Warm and helpful greeting on arrival. Room immaculate. Quietness throughout stay. Brilliant location with supermarkets and restaurants on doorstep. Short t walk to Metro. Would definitely recommend to others. Also the suites are very good value for money.

Great location, literally steps away from the Sagrada Familia. There’s a parking next door if you are driving, and unlike most other parkings in Spain this one has enough room. The apartment is big and spacious, and best of all - the AC works great. Air conditioning in Spain is a hit and miss affair, this one was a pleasant surprise.
