The hotel is like a pig with lipstick. The front staff were great with check in and check out. They greeted us coming in very welcoming and smiling and also on the way out. The shuttle service to the airport was awesome. But the bones of the hotel is tired. The shower system allows for water to flow onto the floor, the lighting is low, kind of like they want you not to see the property clearly. The floors are dark vinyl, love the vinyl but the dark flooring amplifies every little fiber of dirt. The property itself was the downfall, I was comfortable with the bed cleanliness and I love that there is not carpet but the feeling overall for the property is that they dim the lights to mask repairs. We were it here coming in from a cruise to catch a flight to come back home. This is probably what it is used to mainly and it served the purpose.

Friendly and lots of staff available to help at reception. Nice and clean. Lighting in hallways and room is on the darker side. Was noisy in the morning due to thin walls. Great to have airport shuttle available.

Our flight home was canceled so we needed a room near airport. This doesn’t look that great outside but inside was nice. Room was nice and had all we needed but the shower didnt drain so we had to take quick 2 min showers to avoid flooding the floor. The other downside? Bed was spacious but hard as a rock so we didnt get a good night of sleep. Luckily, we only were overnight.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and friendly staff. Bus transportation was about a 10 minute to Barcelonetta, so it wasn’t too bad. And convenient airport transportation.

Excellent for accommodation very close to the airport for a short stay. The main restaurant had very good food and wine reasonably priced, with good service. The shuttle service was convenient.

I only stayed a night before my flight. The staff were welcoming. It was comfortable, clean, and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was amazing 🙌. The only downsides. I was sad the pool wasn't open until summer. The gym was also very humid...felt a little like a sauna to me but I'm from Canada and I like working out in cooler temperatures. I'd stay there again a night or two. Definitely get the breakfast.

Great stay, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was great, lots of offerings, even champagne! Great that they have a shuttle to and from the airport, would not stay if actually planning to visit Barcelona, nothing around, but that’s expected, usually not much around most airport hotels, we had a one night layover, the kitchen was open late, 1am, which was great as our flight arrived at 10:30pm.

Rooms look very nice but probably the noisiest hotel I've stayed in unfortunately. Service in the terrace restaurant was slow but good was great. The best part was the free shuttle service, it was on time and the driver was so friendly and helpful, can't praise him enough

I got shouted at and hugged up on when I phoned up the room service regarding the pizza that I ordered. I simply phoned up to ask if they could deliver some sauces with the pizza... the person who answered the phone didn't give me a chance to actually ask the question properly... cut me off when I said "Hi, I'm just calling re the pizza to 139" and he shouted back "YES! WE KNOW MY COLLEAGUE IS COMING" and then hung up. Insanely rude. Other than that - nice clean hotel. Good rooms. Fantastic location and the rest of the staff were pleasant. Ideal if you suffer last min cancellation like I did... but that staff member needs a professional discussion in terms of how to speak appropriately to guests...

Stayed here for one night before we flew back to the states and enjoyed It! It’s a bit far from any restaurant or like fast food but we stayed here because of its proximity and shuttle to the airport! Super clean and super modern. Staff was very nice and room service was delicious

Most of the experience was actually quite pleasant. Food was great, beds comfortable, service was good. My main complaints are with my room (160). 1) there was the sound of dripping and sometimes gushing water in one of the walls in the bathroom. Not sure if a pipe was broken or something. 2) the design of the shower doesn't make sense. The shower floor is above the bathroom floor height, and there's no ledge to contain the water, and the seals on the door can't contain the water either. So the bathroom floor would get wet or flood when showering. 3) the AC unit in 160 doesn't seem to do anything. It was set to cool at maximum, and the room stayed hot. We eventually opened the windows to get the room cool enough to sleep in, but mosquitoes got in. Maybe the condensation line from the AC unit is broken/leaking. My parents stayed in room 148 and did not have problems 1 and 3, but did experience problem 2.
