Enjoyed my stay
Overall a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a little run down. The only real problem I had is that the bass of thr music from the club downstairs (I think) did keep me up a little bit. I am a light sleeper though. Overall, if I was looking in the area I would stay again.

The property is in a great location. And seems like the hotel is being renovated. Rooms are a great size and staff are good. The only issues with this property is the smell of smoke and I was on a non smoking floor and the prices in the hotel club are ridiculous.

I arrived earlier than the official check in time but the hotel helped me with an early check in as the room was ready and available. Procedure was quick

The entire staff does nothing but try to get more money from you. The cleaning lady wanted money because my sheets were dirty. The management charged me 8000 baht for a very small cigarette. On the coffee table which was there when I arrived. I could give many more examples of this kind of outrageous behavior as I stayed there for s very long time, The people that run this hotel are predators. Stay at the Nana Hotel it’s cheaper same kind of hotel same kind of entertainment options.

This is possibly the worst hotell experience I've had. The room was decent sized, but very worn out. There were no channels on the 17" CRT TV (with DVD player - hello 1995!). The water pressure was non-existing. The AC was rattling, but functioning at least. But worst of all, this hotell is apparently a smoking only service - I was at least not given a chance to select non-smoking. And it was really bad. The lobby was also a smoking area. Horrible. The facilities were also shady and the lobby was a waiting area for what I only can assume was prostitution. The pool was also terrible with broken furniture and dirty pool area - even though I observed it being cleaned. I have a hard time picturing a worse hotell than (Dis)Grace hotel.

Horrible trip at grace hotel
This is my very horrible experience at this grace hotel in Bangkok. When I did check in this hotel I face many problems. 1. The reception staff is not communicating properly is very rude. 2. Now English become universal language the reception staff doesn’t know English how shall I speak with them. 3. They did not took my lagauage down from my room to lobby not at least car also. I m sorry to say this “I paid money for this booking here in grace hotel I treated as I m staying free here” Please for the next time don’t recommend like this hotel to me. We came here in Bangkok for my uncle treatment. But it was very bad experience in this hotel. And my uncle having severe leg pain although the carry his laguage because there is no one to help us at hotel while check out. If some one ask me the rating of the hotel I will give in negative.

The rooms in building 4 ate very dirty ,as well there are many insects around and near walls the rooms are not furnished well and the restrooms and baths not comfortable and not suitable to be used

Standard room I got it the toilet is smelling bad other wise every thing is ok also the sink some time clocking but the super room is very clean they have a good shower
