We stayed here because of the event we attended in Impact Arena. I am so glad that I was able to find this place. Staff and housekeeping were so nice. They checked on us from time to time. If you're looking for coffee shops and fast food it is walking distance. They also have convenience store downstairs. Would love to stay here again when we go back.
All good with this accommodation
Check in & check out staff were great
Ample parking
Room very clean and bed comfortable
Only one room card even though there was two people, bit inconvenient but I understand why it's fine
Overall, very good
For one night stay for flight the next morning this place was perfect. Basic hotel near food places and mini mart next door. Girl at reception was so lovely and helpful. Arranged our taxi to the hotel for the next morning which arrived promptly and helped us get dinner the night we arrived! So lovely and friendly. Yip the bed is hard but hey , it's only for one night and only 20 mins in a taxi to the airport !
Room Size = Good, enough space
Bed = Clean Sheet, king size
Toilet = OK, hot & cold shower, Towel is a bit ruined though
TV = Limited option (but not a big deal!)
A/C = Fine with remote control
Service = Great
Location = Convenient, can sleep with no loud noise from main road
Key Card = only 1 card provided, could be imporved
Price = Good deal, value for money
Close to Don Muang Airport and friendly, efficient
Easy taxi trip to hotel. Friendly, efficient staff and the room clean and comfortable. Very nice to see a happy smiling staff member at 3:30 am when we left for Don Muang Airport. She called the taxi for us and all was well.
Very clean room; 15-20 minutes from Airport; (5) minute walk to many restaurants; a returnable room deposit is required, 1000 bahts, with no credit card acceptable. Overall a good value.
No joke when you read the reveiws about the hard bed, this is the hardest bed ever in history- like a wood board. The AC leaked and the sheets and duvet had stains on them, the area of town isnt close to much and def further than the airport than anticipated
Hotel is clean and convenient not far from Donmuang airport, Shoping centers and goverment center. That's why we had decided to stay here. Room was okay, matress was very firm, no phone and microwave in the room but good to have iron and hair dryer. Bathroom no shower curtain and shower cap. Towels, blanket and sheet looked old and some stained. Staff (not sure if the woman at the lobby was the owner) were not so nice as we were expected.
Very cheap for a 1-night stay because we needed to be near the Government Complex - and clean room, good aircon. Bed mattress was very hard, and the pillows were all very fat/thick. I asked the reception if they had any thinner pillows - they found just one (said it was a staff one!) and all the hotel pillows are the same. Communication was OK, but the staff don't speak much English. Shopping mall (Sizzler, Starbucks) very close by, so good location if you want to be in the Chaeng Wattana area.
You definitely get what you pay for here. It's a room, minimal service at reception, a shower, an electric kettle, and a clean bed. The bed definitely needs noting - so uncomfortable! Rock hard.
The room was very nice for the price - everything was completely clean and the whole hotel seemed new. The room was big and had everything we needed. An added bonus was the balcony overlooking some trees and a neighborhood, though it was too hot when we were there to keep the doors open. The only possible complaint might be the firmness of the bed, though we didn't mind as we're used to firmer mattresses and slept pleasantly. Just know beforehand what to expect. The two staff members who greeted us were nice and professional and explained every detail for our stay. They arranged a taxi for us for an early flight to DMK in the morning no problem for no extra charge when we asked. It was waiting there for us on time in the morning and we got to the airport in plenty of time. There's a store downstairs but we didn't use it, opting for a trip to the big supermarket a 5-10 min walk away. There's also some killer street food right across the street from that big mart (Big C). From the hotel, go up to the main road, take a left and you can't miss it. For the price this is a great hotel!
Great hotel - location location location. You must understand that the hotel is not in the heart of tourism. It is in a local part of town. Fantastic for us. No tuk-tuk's, local prices, etc. We highly recommend this hotel.
the location of delight residence is near DMK and also near Big C market but it's a little far away from BTS or MRT. Overall, I have to say that delight residence is high CP value hotel, clean, quite and tidy.
Room looks new just for a night. A little firm mattress but sleep well. We just pick this hotel because we can walk to the nearest - Ministry of Foregin Affair of Thailand.
A room, nothing really more. It's really good for a lay over or one night. The room was clean, the toilet too. The building look pretty new and in the room you will found a big mid\full size fridge. They ask for a deposit of 1000 THB (that was my first time in 4 years, that a place ask for a deposit). But really had no problem to retrieve it after my stay. The soi is only accessible by one side, so to not miss the entrance, I'm not sure where is the closest place you can make a U-turn, but I think it could be way after the over-pass. So be careful.
Not bad for the price of the room and Nonthaburi area. No restaurant, but in walking distances to food vendors and restaurants. A large hotel on the left. A nice shopette next door. About 5 to 7 mins walk to the main busy road. Taxis serve is available at the front desk upon request. Western this is the place for you if you can lower your standards with low price convenience. Its not the Marriott but I think you will enjoy yours stay in the area about 20 miles from Bangkok. Many buses and taxis to the city and surrounding area. I'm from USA and will stay there again. You can't beat the price, location, comfort and friendly staff. The Manager speakes English. Elevator is available.
