Great place to stay and enjoy Banff. Easy to get to everything. Location perfect for walking to all restaurants and sites. Easy in and out parking, fantastic staff and amazing pool area.

We had excellent experience at this hotel. The place is very clean and staff were extremely friendly. There is a nice little liquor store close by too! The kids love the pool.

Room was immaculate and staff was very helpful and professional. We stayed in May 2024. Parking was underground and we felt very safe in this place. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. However our trip was ruined when we saw what happened to our new swimsuits after using the hot tub for 15 minutes. Both garnets were extremely discolored and my suit was eaten away by the chemicals. When we tried to talk to the front desk we were told there was no management on sight. The girl at the front said she would email her manager anout the issue and would include us in the email chain. A week has passed and still nothing. Needless to say, we are not too happy. This is unfortunate because the hotel was great other than this.

I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience in our pool/hot tub area.The chemical balance as well as temperature are tested several times daily and submitted to Alberta health service and are maintained at the guidelines they have set forth for public use facilities.Again I sincerely apologize that it impacted your stay negatively and we hope to see you again in the future when your travels bring you back to Banff.

The room was fairly large and we really enjoyed the large bathroom. Sheets were too small for bed so my feet touched the actual bed. I did not like that. The mineral pool and whirlpool were nice. They could use a cleaning to remove excess grout that collected at the bottom of the pools. I expected parking to be included and was advised at the property it was extra. I guess I should have checked better at booking. Check in was good but I would recommend telling visitors the internet password and when check out time is. For checkout, it was quick and easy. There was no offer to provide me a bill nor was I asked about my stay. I assumed I would have received a bill via email, nothing came. I would have appreciated a bill. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

This used to be a terrific upscale property; I have stayed there twice or more for over twenty years. It must have changed hands recently. Several amenities, and some basics have been downgraded or eliminated. It has the feeling of excessive cost cutting and aging for the price point versus comparably priced and rated properties. It was best some time ago when still affiliated with Marriott. Not sure who the current owner is, but it has declined substantially in appeal. Will book elsewhere this summer.

Our swimsuits got marked from the pool , minerals in it , that was disheartening, as they were brand new . Neil , concierge was Fantastic!! Very helpful, friendly , welcoming , knowledgeable, great guy.

Everything was awesome except for in our room it was extremely dusty and some build up in the washroom. The cold faucets leaked on both sinks when ran. Otherwise super convenient location and helpful/ friendly staff.

This property is a bit outdated but very cozy. We were a group of 10 skiers and we enjoyed our daily breakfast and the ease of walking to the restaurants. Transportation to the slopes was also available but we preferred using our SUV for more flexibility.
