Location was great - walkable to shopping and dining. Room was clean - could use a fold out luggage stand or two. Hot tub worked well - tub and surrounding tile probably could use a good powerwash.Would be nice if onsite restaurant (The Meatball) added some variety other than just pizza and pasta.

Suite is very nice and clean. Just hoping coffee maker was clean properly. The suite we got just not good becuase the view of balcony is the lobby. Special the view outside is outstanding. Maybe not gonna go back to this hotel.

There is limited parking here and it is first come first serve. The doors are high off the floor and thin and you can hear everyone coming back to their rooms after the bars all closed in the middle of the night.

Great location close to shops & restaurants. Had a Superior room but has deteriorated a bit since my stay last year. Still very comfortable but sink in cramped bathroom with the toilet so not very convenient when more than one person staying in the room. Just a minor complaint so would still stay here again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and staff were incredibly helpful in every area. Apparently a school orchestra was there practicing one day of my stay, if I hadn't seen them, I'd never have known!

Location is so perfect! Very convenient to walk about and I love the local soaps - such lovely amenities. The woodwork in the bathroom is dry and chipped, a refresh would make it suit your aesthetic better.

The property itself was great, right in the heart of downtown, close to everything. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The person at the front desk when we checked in, however, (Karen), was rude, arrogant, and basically earned a 3 star overall review for the property instead of what would have been a 5 star review. The way the hotel staff treats their guests can make or break the guest experience, and she was the reason our experience was not a good one.

We were placed next to the elevator which was very noisy all night. Also heard street noise as well. Beds very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant . Cheese allergy yet they put cheese in the soup even though requested not to. All that was done was the soup was taken off the bill. Not a good experience and would not eat there again

Dim, dark experience. We got a Superior King room, which boasted a view…of the parking lot. Our window was waist height for everyone who walked by our window and looked in. As a result, we were always visible to passers-by. And as soon as we needed a light on (early evening to morning), the sun shade didn’t suffice (you can see right through them) and we were forced to use the blackout blind - for most of our time in the room. Had we had decent lighting, it would have been less of an issue but the wall lights (only ones in room) were behind tinted plastic, so it was nearly impossible to read due to the low lighting. We were very disappointed with our three-day stay and will probably not return.
