My room shower made a loud whistle noise and was leaking from the shower head .. the bathroom had ants crawling on the floor and over the toilet seat.

They staff was nice. The stay was horrible, the whole weekend there were tons of kids staying there. They were running up and down the hallways at night for hours. The parents sat in the lobby drinking the whole time and didn’t care what the kids were doing. The kids were even very disrespectful to the staff that was working. And I guess the GM of the building didn’t care because the staff called him after they got several of complaints about the kids. and nothing was done about it.

Very nice area Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Easy access to highways . Room was clean and spacious. Only thing I can say negative was our room had a very leaky window . It was raining all day and window area was dripping water on the ledge . Was not an issue really. I did let them know they had a pretty bad leak .

My phone was inoperable. I was not offered an option to move to another unit. Wifi did not work with device. This location needs an upgrade old furniture with spots. Staff did not answer phone. However, they are getting an upgrade. Nice lobby

I received a welcome email stating we would receive a breakfast voucher at check in, but was told they were no longer available. The shampoo dispenser was empty, which was not evident until the shower had commenced. A lack of hand soap.

Suite we booked not available at check in. Staff was great about finding us a room and a credit for the difference. However replacement room had 2 full beds instead of king so the wife and I had to sleep in separate beds for the trip as we couldn't get comfortable in ours. Again staff was great and hotel was fine. But booking system needs to be upgraded so this doesn't happen.

The place was showing its age, but clean. The staff was polite and courteous when approached, but otherwise seemed like they wanted to avoid you. The room was sparse, but adequate. The coffee maker only had decaf and was not serviced during my stay but at least I could get coffee in the lobby. . There was no guidebook to explain how to use the phone or the Wi-Fi or any of the features in the room; had to go down to the front desk for details on Wi-Fi access. The grounds were nicely maintained and parking was easy.

Overall, really nice place. Clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, close to major highways. The only 2 small things were: the bedside lamp socket was broken off from the lamp itself and the toilet was slow to flush and fill. Nothing major though.

It is a fabulous location. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The lobby has a homey feel and people use it for all types of activities. The breakfast was a buffet that was $13.00 that was amazing food. It was close to BWI & has easy access to all of Columbia. It was a great stay.

Okay overnight stay...
I was looking forward to utilizing the pool and fitness center but it was disgusting. The spa was out of service but they left the water in it which looked gross and it turned me off from the pool. The room was dated but comfortable. I did appreciate the microwave and fridge. Breakfast was $12.95, it was decent serving fresh fruit, waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, bagels, french toast sticks, oatmeal, juices and coffee.

Location convenient. For Hilton, it was a little older. The bathroom shower had mold/mildew around grab bar. The fan in bathroom was non-functional. The furniture was old/worn and the closet mirror had a huge crack. The hotel was noisy. Breakfast not included 😜

The staff was friendly and courteous. 5 stars for the staff! The property was terrible: the bathroom door handle fell of first time we grabbed it. Wifi didn’t work. The shower curtain rod nearly fell down because all of the screws were loose. I can’t believe they’re allowed to call this a Hilton.
