Had an amazing stay at the Tukad Villa! The staff there are unreal and don’t hesitate to help you with anything. As it is a bit of a way out from Seminyak square and the beach, they have a free shuttle to anywhere in Seminyak and Legian! Can’t fault!

2 couples holiday
Really enjoyed our stay at the Tukad villas. Great private pool with no one overlooking it, amazing people and service. A bit out of the way, which we liked as really quiet and we just used the shuttle to go in to Seminyak, with a taxi home.

The photos of the property must have been the originals as the place looked nothing like pictures. It had a huge mould spot over the bed, the paint is peeling off the walls and the vanity was so dirty I didn't want to brush my teeth in it. I do feel it should always be mentioned or at least shown when your bathroom is totally outdoors because we would not have gone there in the first place.

beautiful villa, friendly staff, although it's not close to main tourist attractions but have a free hotel shuttle bus that takes you to semiyak and kuta area which is even better.

The perfect Villa with private pool!
I had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at The Tukad Villa. The staff were incredible - always friendly and there to help but respected your privacy as well. The room, garden and pool were cleaned every day to spotless condition and the breakfast was fab! The Villa was a little bit further out of Seminyak that others but I preferred to be out of the mayhem and there was always a free shuttle available to take you into town when you needed. The taxi back was super cheap - only approx $5AUD.

Good for family
Very spacious villa with decent sized pool. Friendly staff too. Unfortunately for us our main issue was the wifi which would hardly let us connect, small issue but just be aware. Also this villa is a good 5 minute taxi from town so good if you want the quiet but not really what we were after

Accidentally booked and forgot to cancel
Accidentally booked double accommodation for a holiday in Bali. Completely forgot (booked it 5months before trip). I had no contact from them until 3 days after I was meant to have checked in (an email asking what I thought of check in). Went to see them to explain and cancel in the hope I may get some form of compensation, but nope was charged the entire amount for accommodation I never stayed at. Biggest $3000 mistake of my life! When browsing accommodation only ever book the one you are 100% going to stay in, don’t get sucked in by free cancellations cause you might forget. Although a big learning for me, I think that there is room for improvement from Expedia and Villas to make contact prior to check ins to confirm.

Overall great with minor improvements needed
The place was very peaceful. The room and private pool was perfect, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and delicious. Imrovements could be made wtih 1) the wifi because it’s slow sometimes, 2) the tub because the water flow is slow so took a while to fill it up, 3) kitchen could be cleaner.

Great Hotel away from all the Mayhem
We have stayed at Tukad a couple of times the staff are fantastic and cant do enough for you. The rooms are always very clean and pool is private and always sparkling. Its only a 5 minute ride up the road to anything your looking for but far enough away so you can sleep during the day if you want. The air con, hot water and everything else are always in good working order. If you leave your room 4 times a day every time you return the place has been cleaned and restocked. Security is excellent and staff can be trusted with money left in your room. Anyone that whinges about geckos around your villa should stay away from this place or better still stay away from Bali altogether. Would highly recommend this place.

Review on Tukad Villa
I was impressed by the friendliness and prompt service of staffs at The Tukad Villa. Villa is impressive with a big size of pool for family. B’fast was very delicious. The hotel staffs always changed a new set of towels everyday, morning and evening and turndown service was done without being prompt. Excellent customer service. However, at night during rainy season, insects and beetles will come at the toilet and bathtub areas. And the whole bathroom areas will be soaking wet when it rains. But this matter will be quickly cleaned up by the hotel staffs.

Great stay for my partners birthday
They organised flowers in the pool and bath tub which was so romantic! The breakfast is delicious one of the best omelettes Iv had. But it is still quite small but hey what do you expect :) villa is amazing but needs a little touch up on paint and the table with the water feature could do without being made of wood as the water splashes onit and make it damaged. Only other thing what would be nice is a fan in the kitchen :) other then that it was a great unforgettable experience and we both really enjoyed our time there and the free shuttle bus was really useful!! Thanks for a amazing stay! Ps room 130 is getting work redone to it so I'm guessing that would be the best room to stay next time ;)

Nice Villa
Villa was abit far from town, however the pros is that villa provides free shuttle service to town areas. Wifi was very stable. You could close off the living area to enjoy aircon or if you are worried about mosquitoes. So far, during our stay, there wasn't any mosquito problem which i was worried of. villa also provided insect repellent cream for guest... Villa provides in house massage if you need one.

Private, safe & clean, the perfect place to unwind
It was our second stay here, 10 days this time and it is just magical. You are a 5 minute free car ride away from Seminyak Centre or 10 to the beach but once you are back in your villa you could be on a private island. The staff could not be more helpful with everything, transport, booking tours, late checkout, and so genuinely lovely. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bali now.

Unpleasant experience.
Overall experience was poor. I still remembered it was Villa D. We were pretty stoked when we arrived as the villa looked awesome on the exterior. But there were many things that left a bad impression during our stay there. We booked a 2 bedroom for a 5 days 4 nights stay. When we arrived there was no hot water Nor water access to the bathrooms for both bedrooms. We had to call the concierge to tell them to turn them on. After turning them on, the water pressure that was coming out of the shower pipes were pathetic. We called the staffs to fixed the water issue everyday but to no avail. In the end we were stucked with having to call them to turn on the water supply everytime we are back at the villa and had to Endure 5 days of bathing in cold water. The place is very secluded so it might not be pretty accessible. The Swimming pool had a green Colour feel as there were moss on the sides. There were insects and fallen leaves inside Everyday too. In the end we did not even use the pool. Breakfast's order were wrong for the first 2 days. Overall it was an unpleasant experience staying in this villa.

if you are ok from being away from the hustle and bustle of Bali and want your own little private oasis then go here, had the best time on our honeymoon, relaxed to the max during the day and went out to dinner every night and come back to more private relax at night, transport to any main place until 5pm is very handy then a taxi ride back home for usually under five bucks.

Great Villa....Nice and Quiet ..Luxury Plus...
Stayed at the Tukad Villa for 14 nights from 21st June -7th July in a luxury 2bdrm Villa..was given the one they use for there publicity shots..absolutely BEAUTIFUL...fully renovated...we each had our own massive bedroom with Queen Size Bed..own large bathroom...plus small lounge room with plasma TV...the main living room had large kitchen with dining table and lounge....plus our own PRIVATE POOL with sun chairs and cabana..talk about LUXURY..WOW...Breakfast was included and delivered on daily basis if u wish...Staff was AMAZING..really friendly and accomondating...Private Shuttle provided to take u to Kuta or Seminyak Shops as the location is abit out of the way from everything but u will have to get your own way back...We used the light blue BLUEBIRD Taxis on a daily basis to bring us back home safely as they have a meter which u ask to be put on ..usually will cost u around $3-$5 AUS from Kuta shops depending on traffic...Also a good tip is to inform ur taxi driver to go down "Sunset Road behind the Toyota Dealership" as some of the taxis don't know where to go ..Rooms were cleaned daily..staff even went out of there way to go and get me a sim card and phone credit...wasn't a problem for them to accommodate u at all which was great...was very quiet and relaxing...perfect place to unwind and relax and enjoy the Sun....would highly recommend Tukad Villa to u..Thank u Tukad Villa Staff for a Wonderful Holiday..looking forward in coming back and staying with u again...Zoya

Wi-fi was down during the 2 nights stay. Stay here if you not plan to go out to town area. Only one way drop off shuttle provided. However, they have a very complete kichenette and water dispenser! Enjoyed whole day of private moment in the villa with a clean private pool. Awesome!

A Villa stay away from the Hustle and Bustle city
The Tukad Villa offered us lots of privacy and we would recommend for couples who are looking to just laze in the villa for the stay in Seminyak. Staff are very friendly and service was good, especially impressed by staff taking initiative to check the taxis seats for loose items at night after we alighted. Room is clean, showering facilities and pool are great! Location was the only con, as it was a little far off from city centre/beaches. Surroundings was a little run down due to development still ongoing.

Close to shopping but very secluded and perfect 👌
The staff were the most accommodating and the villa facility was impeccable. We were able to stay in a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom villa (new one) both are amazing.. Only a minute off the main road and super private but still very close to shopping and entertainment. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful, newly set-up villa with private pool
The main reason we chose the Tukad Villa was to enjoy our own private pool which we very much did. The filtration system was good and so was the lighting in the pool. The added feature of a mini 'waterfall' from the dining table was innovative and added charm to the whole private swim experience. The bathroom was an almost totally open concept which we did not expect (but interesting with a beautiful tub) although non-couples may not feel very comfortable with the layout. We had an issue trying to use the toilet while waiting for the staff to bring us breakfast. There is not much of a reception and no restaurant and other facilities other than the in-room provisions of a mini kitchen. The room was rather warm at night and we would have preferred the airconditioning unit to be at the side rather than above and behind us when we were sleeping. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Away from the busy city
The staffs were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We came to the villa hours earlier than te check in time. But the staffs were very helpful in giving us suggestions while waiting for our room to be ready. They were patient with our never ending queries as it was our first time in bali.

nice villa good location
The villa is located amongst other private houses/villa and away from the main Sunset road so you can enjoy the peacefulness. That being said, it is about 3 minutes motorbike ride away from places like Made's Warung. The hotel staff were really helpful when we had some problems and gave us all the advice we needed. Whatever you need be it getting a taxi or renting a motorbike, you can ask for their help. The room we stayed in was a 1 bedroom villa with an outdoor pool. The bathroom is not enclosed therefore expect to live amongst spiders, ants, tiny frogs and other insects. This didn't bother us much as they were harmless & weren't too large. After all, we had to expect these things since we chose to stay in a villa.

A delightful place
We stayed for 4 nights at the villa and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The villa is newly constructed and hence very well maintained. We stayed in a single room villa and loved the layout of the same. The staff was lovely and when we requested, they served us breakfast as late as 12.30 in the afternoon once. The villa has its own kitchen with utensils and seems to have been modeled for a time sharing model. The pool is wonderful and has lights installed, so looks beautiful at night. The 24 hour room service had some great pastas. The breakfast on all days was really good. On the downside, there is still some construction going there and might be an inconvenience to some, although we were not disturbed. Since the villa is new, there is still some final touches left to be given, eg they were yet to install a doorbell in our villa, but nothing major. Overall, at the price that the villas are going currently, it's a steal and a very enjoyable experience

The overall concept of the villas is fantastic the room layouts and size just what we needed. the Staff are wonderful and friendly they took to our 4 yr old grandson and made us feel really welcome. Unfortunately the villas are in dire need of some maintenance by the owner our villa had no hot water and when reported one of the staff shook the gas line and said it was fixed how ever it wasn't for the duration, luckily it;s warm in 'Bali so cold shower not too bad. Breakfast provided in the package was OK, though sometimes a little cold. dine in menu lacked some variety but on the whole was decent. on the last day the power from the street failed along with any water for several hours. the staff were trying frantically to "fix" the problem and ended up running extension leads to power up air conditioning which is an essential item for this time of year. The staff really carry this place if they were not so nice it would be easy to be very critical.

Not so self contained.
Would only recommend to friend as it is cheap to stay at. Don't expect cooking items or enough crockery for all guest staying. Staff great and helpful were they can. Villa A ensuite stunk of sewerage. Moved to Villa D. Very dated and tired through the villa. Good water pressure. Comfy beds. Good location. A few upgrades here and there with a refurb would be a great villa to stay at.
