The guy in the office was friendly and helpful and then personally showed us to our room. We had a room on the fifth floor facing St Stephens and the view was great. We had a studio and it was a reasonable size for 2 ppl to cook (kitchen had EVERYTHING but fyi the fridge is not full size) and then eat in the little sitting area near the beds. The sleeping area was sunk down 2 steps...

It is tucked away in a corner by the highway, so it functions like a motel but the area isn't "nice" per se; it's a corner off the highway not a mountain resort looking out over the valley. Communication was either none or 5 star. Mostly since you don't need it. Everything is great and checkin with the machine was simple, so never spoke to anyone to rate.
