We had a city view room and the view is incredible, not a stretch at all to call them 'city view' like it is in some hotels. "First class experience. Beautiful hotel with spacious meticulously clean rooms. Very nice cocktail bar. I want to thank Mat for his kindness in helping us print physical copies of tickets required by the venue. He was so patient and professional and really went the extra mile. He also provided us with a spot on restaurant recommendation. "

"The IMLAUER staff immediately made us feel at home. They willingly provided us with the information on things to do for our three days in Salzburg, and how to get around on foot or by public bus included in the City Card they were able to sell to us at the front desk. As Expedia users, we were given an upgrade to a queen size bed instead of the standard double. The Keller Cafe hosted us to perfect Austrian dinner at the end of a long day. And in the late evening we were able to watch the sunset and enjoy the night lights in the Sky Bar. The included breakfast was one of the best on our vacation particularly given it had an Omelet Bar with a variety of grilled choices. The hotel accommodated our very early morning departure by accepting our staying comfortably in its lounge area before our 3:30 a.m. departure for a 4:10 a.m. check in. Staying in the Sky Bar until 1 a.m. certainly helped the time fly by, which thankfully stayed open until then."

"EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, EXCEPT: THE AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT A USUAL AC, IT IS MORE LIKE A VENTILLATION WITH LIMITED CAPACITY, AND ALSO THE WATER PRESSURE IS NOT GOOD. FROM WHAT I UNDERSTOOD THESE TWO CHOISES ARE, BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS A ENVIROMENTAL FRIENDLY TO REDUCE ENERGY CONSUMPTION. "
