"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. "While the facilities in parts are a little old/dated, the staff are amazing plus location is awesome. We stayed in Deluxe Ocean Bure. Each day we would walk straight out front of our bure and into the fairly shallow coral reef and snorkel. Lots of colourful, beautiful sea life. Also used the free kayaks too. Very protected, easy access. When tide got low, we just walked back to nearby bure and had a hot outdoor shower. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend. As mentioned...
