The neighbors above us let their toddler run back and forth for hours. The carpet in our room was dirt - kids feet were black for walking around on it. . The kitchen floor was sticky. Bugs in the bath tub. Had to ask for towels. They wanted to charge us for extra blanket.

When we arrived, we were told that the hotel had oversold the king bed rooms, and that we would be “upgraded” to a 2 bedroom suite with queen beds. We didn’t need 2 extra beds, a kitchen, living area, etc for my husband and I to spend the night after a concert. We really just needed the king size bed. I wasn’t happy. However the hotel and room were clean and as expected.
