Traveling with pets and my son, the space comfortable, clean and very affordable. I was worried that the price meant it would be mediocre but it was great! Would definitely recommend.

Negatives that were not real breakers but inconvenient: Phone in room did not work when I tried to call front desk. I used cell which is obvious back up but was inconvenient. Also there was no shelf in shower to set soap/shampoo/etc. Positives: parking, there is one space for electric vehicles for those who need it; mile from sugarloaf mills Mall for shopping and local shopping and restaurants. Front desk was accommodating and responsive to inconveniences noted above. Breakfast included

Everything about the hotel was great. From the moment we walked in until we checked out. Room was clean, tv worked, water was hot, and a/c worked. 10/10

I enjoy my stay at the Best Western. Family and friends also had booked with us. The breakfast was great and the staff was awesome. The areas were clean and shopping stores were close by. We as a family all agreed that we will be coming back to Best Western Sugarloaf. Thanks Best Western Sugarloaf for making our stay very enjoyable.

We did not stay there as the hotel was over booked. They moved us next door when we arrived and we were quite upset that they were overbooked. However the new accommodation was very good with free appetizers and wine plus excellent breakfast

Everything was great except for when I had to call the front desk at 11pm due to someone in the neighboring room constantly slamming their door & coming in and out. This happened since we had checked in earlier in the day, and it never stopped. The girl at the check in desk was rude and said unless SHE saw it or heard it, there wasn’t anything she could do. She said she would investigate it and see if she could find out who was doing it, but it continued. All. Throughout. The. Night. I have no clue why nothing was done about it. Other than this, everything was great.

Front desk personnel were friendly. Everything was updated and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic! Great hotel at a great price. Convenient location. It was close to the interstate, eating places, nice area. We will be back as we come in town to watch our friend play professional volleyball at Gas South Arena.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However there was ants in every room (which we reported but fell on deaf ears), and I awakened to renovation noise all four days I was there. I was told my room would be clean daily but it only happened the one day before we checked out. Breakfast was below average. Staff appeared friendly but not very attentive to our requests and concerns.
