Our room was not cleaned even after requesting for it during the 3rd day of our stay so we had to request for extra towels. The room had very dirty carpet flooring. The layout of the room was awkward. We are always unsure whenever we contact guest services if we will be attended to or if we need to go downstairs for help. We tried Hyatt thinking that we are upgrading our hotel stay for this trip by getting a more expensive accommodation but we definitely had a much better experience staying at Omni when we went to ATL before.
Very walkable for events at Central Park. There’s also a lot of options of places to eat and drink around the hotel if you are interested. Only thing I’m never into is the mandatory $50 valet parking, but there is a self parking garage not too far from the hotel. That’s just not my thing. Especially when there are other options that provide self-parking that’s much less expensive.
Best feature was being connected to Marta station for easy commute to concert and downtown attractions. $55 for parking was a little steep 👎

Very disappointed in our experience at the Hyatt Regency. Check in was at 4 p.m. There were no valet attendants at 4:00 p.m. due to no show attendants for their shifts, there was a convention and a concert that night. We couldn't check in to be on time at hotel to be on time for the concert. All of the cars were stuck in line waiting for valet so couldn't get out. Waited about 30 mins. We decided to drive to concert venue so paid for parking at the venue and valet parking when we checked in at Hotel after 11:00 p.m. Check in was not good either. Waited in line since there were not a lot workers at the front desk to check us in.. When finally checked in. I was handed my room keys. Go to the room and couldn't get in the room. Went back to front desk so the lady could tell me that she found out that the room was being cleaned and not ready (this is now 11:30 p.m.). The lady continued to tell me that it is first come first serve for getting a room even though I booked over 2 months again. I couldn't even check in at 4:00 p.m. so we could have our room and walk to concert. Was sent back to a new floor with new keys. This was the worst and I will not go back. I would like to get my money back on the valet as I had to pay for valet of $55 and parking at the venue for $60. That was a very expensive night.
I enjoyed my stay here the staff was nice and the room was clean. The hotel seems to be on a main street so walking to dining, bank, CVS and a nice breakfast spot across the street was a breeze. I definitely would stay again
VERY outdated hotel. The rooms were more modern, but the balcony and lobby of the hotel is concrete leftover from the 70's. Staff was friendly. The location was within walking distance to a good amount of sites. Other locations we used Uber.
It was a bit disappointed when I arrived very late at night and there was no parking

Your only parking options were valet or walk half a block around the corner to a overnight parking garage that cost $20 bucks for a hotel that cost that much to stay in that is just ridiculous!
