No hot water and no offer to make the experience any better! I know it’s not their fault but they have offered to do nothing to improve upon the experience. Also, selected this hotel for the pool and while now there is notice on website that it opens May 1st, there was no notification until arrival that they have yet to open it for the year.

Staff was great, and overall it was a very clean hotel but the pool looked like a swamp, the hotel ran out of soap (thankfully staff went above and beyond by running to the store to get some), the iron didn't work in my room, the sink was spraying water everywhere and there were no towels in the gym (but staff did track some down as well). Don't usually write a response but those were some glaring issues that popped up during my stay.

There is only one employee in the hotel at night. If you need anything you have to go to the reception and pick it up yourself. My room didn’t have hand soap and shower gel.

The Elevators were in terrible repair. Elevator 2 rumbled and was full of Ghosts of Former guests. The other Elevator one would take you to the 7th floor and leave you to walk down the stairs to the 4th floor . Upon entrance to the elevator on the 4th floor as you set it go to the lower floors it would travel to the 5th floor before taking you to the ground floor.

First 15 mins in my room the alarm system goes off for 45 mins. (Someone stated that they were testing it) but I believe they should have announced first that they were going to do a false alarm fire drill instead of after the fact. Second, I’m approached by the front desk assistant, who had mentioned that they had a key lockdown, so she(he) had to reactivate the key. Later finding out that the first Rep didn’t assigned my key to the correct reservation. Stayed at the front desk for about 30-45 mins trying to figure out what happened. Honestly worst experience. They have people working that have no type of common sense and lack professionalism.

The staff was not super helpful. The elevator was very slow and unstable. The lobby had a party happening one night and was very loud so not usable by other guests. The hot water didn't last long in the shower. The area did not have many restaurant options. It was very convenient to the airport

We called twice for someone to look at commode because it wasn’t flushing properly. No one ever showed up. Also charged me 20.00 at check out for parking!! I wasn’t aware of a parking fee.

From the outside of the property, it looked clean and well-maintained. However, the elevator on the property didn't work well. It wasn't working properly. If I tried to go to the main floor from my fourth floor, it would take me to the fifth and then to the main floor. Only one elevator was working. There was an updated inspection card for the elevator however, it conflicted with the issues I was having with the elevator as well as other guests. Lastly, no one cleaned our rooms during our entire stay. No housekeeping until the last day. We asked for housekeeping but we were denied. They just gave us the sheets and left the room. I did not enjoy my stay here and I wish it was better.

This is my worst experience for a Double Tree ever and these are my favorite chains of hotels. The elevator was so janky that it almost closed on us several times during our trips. The bathroom had grime on the floor and walls and the shower head has need of replacing. The water did not get over a specific heat and so the showers were close to cold. I expected far better living arrangements considering Atlanta is one of the largest traveled through airports in the country so why not have the best accommodations. I’ll never stay here again. I GUESS at least the staff seemed nice.

The front desk staff were very nice, helpful, and courteous. However, the property is not well maintained. The bathroom cabinet loked antique and unkept. The one elevator that worked looked dirty; an empty beer bottle and a wripped menu were left in the elevator for half a day. The hotel entrance is very univiting. I have stayed in several double trees, this particular one dishonor them all.

Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. The property itself is not reflective of the photographs on the website. There were what appears to be mold/mildew stains in various parts of the room, 1 elevator available and its in dire need of repair, and definitely not what a Diamond or Gold member would expect from a Hilton property in ATL.

The worst customer service
I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights ( January 12 - January 14) and the night of the 13, around 9:30pm I called the front desk to let them know that my toilet wasn’t working, and the guy said they will send someone to our room. Around 10:30pm I called again and the same guy said that nobody wasn’t able to help us, the maintenance guy will come next day at 8:00AM. So, if I needed the bathroom I will have to use the LOBBY restroom (I’m on the 7th floor with a 2 years old toddler) he was really rude to me. I was very upset at that point, he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Today (January 14th) we checked out and we didn’t even see a maintenance guy… this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We are from Florida, we were on the city of Atlanta for vacations, and we didn’t had a nice experience with the hotel staff.

WARNING! By far the worse experience EVER. I've travel a lot and stayed at dozens of hotels. This is by far the worst. Not a true 4 star hotel. Parking fee is actually $20 per night and is advertised on the Orbitz website as $15, so that needs to be corrected. Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. When we pulled up, we were stopped by the Valet employee that was smoking a cigar. He was talking to us in the window of our non-smoking rental since he was talking with it sitting on his lip! The first night, no crib available because the front desk didn't know how to get one. Then the elevators went out and we were on the 7th floor! We had to take the service elevator and it was absolutely disgusting to know food and clean lines use that nasty elevator. In one of our rooms, we had to switch because the cold water facet not working, handle just spun in circles and when we pulled out the bed from the couch, there were DIRTY sheets/blanket bundled in it. So we had to swap rooms. Next room toilet stopped flushing, not enough towels, broken ironing board, and no laundry bag. The hair dryer was sticky with human hair stuck to it, yuck! Carpet in the hallways had dead roaches. No ice machine or vending machines on the 7th floor, with wires hanging out the walls. Fitness room was hot, no cable connected, and no equipment cleaning wipes. When we asked to have the linens changed, we were told by housekeeping "no" because they were short staffed and it's a service fee to change them out. Really???

This was the worst double tree I ever stayed in only one elevator work didn’t get clean rags to take a shower I ask 3 time for some clean towels and rags never received them the water really didn’t get hot the staff couldn’t help with any of our needs ever time we ask for something they didn’t have it or couldn’t do it like I said this was the worst double tree I ever stayed in I want ever stay at the location again

Very convenient airport shuttle service. Front desk staff was welcoming and very accommodating. We arrived off of a very early (red-eye) flight and they got us into a room as quickly as they could and made us feel welcome in the lobby area until then.
