WARNING! By far the worse experience EVER. I've travel a lot and stayed at dozens of hotels. This is by far the worst. Not a true 4 star hotel. Parking fee is actually $20 per night and is advertised on the Orbitz website as $15, so that needs to be corrected. Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. When we pulled up, we were stopped by the Valet employee that was smoking a cigar. He was talking to us in the window of our non-smoking rental since he was talking with it sitting on his lip! The first night, no crib available because the front desk didn't know how to get one. Then the elevators went out and we were on the 7th floor! We had to take the service elevator and it was absolutely disgusting to know food and clean lines use that nasty elevator. In one of our rooms, we had to switch because the cold water facet not working, handle just spun in circles and when we pulled out the bed from the couch, there were DIRTY sheets/blanket bundled in it. So we had to swap rooms. Next room toilet stopped flushing, not enough towels, broken ironing board, and no laundry bag. The hair dryer was sticky with human hair stuck to it, yuck! Carpet in the hallways had dead roaches. No ice machine or vending machines on the 7th floor, with wires hanging out the walls. Fitness room was hot, no cable connected, and no equipment cleaning wipes. When we asked to have the linens changed, we were told by housekeeping "no" because they were short staffed and it's a service fee to change them out. Really???
