The staff was amazing and super super friendly. Big miscommunication however. The indoor pool was NOT working. The whole reason i chose this location was for swimming with the kids. I was absolutely devasted to see the pool dark green and not ready. I even called ahead a few days before i booked and was told it was up and running. Smh. Very hard pill to swallow. Told me i need to contact expedia for a 10 percent refund and they will offer me a 10 percent refund as well. So a 20 percent refund after all is said and done... Hopefully if i ever receive it. But the staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was decent.....pour your own waffles, couple cereals, coffee and juice and some activia. Oh and toast and toasters. I would look to add... Bacon/sausage/eggs and fresh fruit. Just those four alone would be a huge improvement. Rooms were clean and somewhat modern. All in all... If the pool was running. I would've liked this place a whole lot. Its nice little spot and the staff really makes the place great.

Property looks like it’s in a sketchy area. Nuzzled right Btwn Two very low end motels. I mean like lock the car doors twice and the push the alarm again from the room window. But once inside the room was cozy and moderately updated. The halls look dim and dingy but overall for a short stay at the last minute it was worth the price. Complimentary breakfast was decent. The room service was outstanding. She was very thorough and came to clean daily. Sheets pulled back pillow cases changed fresh towels etc. the indoor pool was a joke don’t let the pics fool you it’s not in servíce. Overall, decent accommodations if you are not too picky. Front desk is automated so if u like to have immediate assistance try somewhere over near Ventura Dr or pleasant hill.

Great stay
Virtual check in was different for us, but the staff was awesome! Very attentive and all our needs were met during our stay. We had a small issue with the bedding that was quickly resolved. Room was clean. Would stay here again.

The suite was amazing. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was quite good. The room was modern and clean. The AC unit was working very hard because of the heat. The couch was very comfortable, I almost fell asleep one day on it. Overall I was very pleased with my stay

It was my first time dealing with a kiosk for checking in and I found that to be difficult. The audio made it hard to comprehend what was going on. There was a light that flickered near the entrance that worried me. I checked in late which made me feel slightly anxious. The room was excellent and couldn’t find a fault in it. It was nice for a one night stay!

First thing is first. You check in with a virtual guide who just stands behind a screen all. The towels and sheets were not clean. They were used looking even after asking for clean ones. I watched them make my bed without providing clean sheets blankets or pillows. 0 stars if possible.

No staff in sight only kiosk, room smelled and seemed like the hotel was use for a 1 to 2 visit. Very nasty, also what appeared to signs of rodents. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I'm shocked that Expedia has a hotel listed like this. I contact Expedia about this and I'm not able to get a refund or any type of compensation for my loss. My wife and my 93 year old mother in law had to find another hotel. This is a totally disgrace and I fault Expedia for listing such a hotel.

The front desk was virtual. I was talking to some guy in India. The property did not feel or look safe, and this is from someone with a conceal carry permit. Just because I carry a weapon, I prefer to never use it. I wasn't sure that would be the case at this location. I did not stay.

It's dirty in the restroom behind the toilet and on shower wall, the sheets was nasty with spots on all of them, phone cord broken in half, shower had cracks on the wall. Behind the door was a big crack in the wall, didn't give you enough towels and washcloths and they were dingy. Some of the guest was sooooo loud arguing and fighting all night the first night didn't get any rest had to use blankets from my car because theirs was nasty worse place ever never ever ever get my money again

No attendants just a screen to video chat to check in. Someone took fire alarm out of room had roaches. Dirty sheets and blinds. Only thing good about this place is that it was quite and seem safe.

It was not as described. Pool was under construction, which was not disclosed prior to booking. Hairdryer was torn off the wall. Room floor was dirty, hallways were disgusting, outer appearance was subpar. Wouldn’t have booked had I known. Made things very inconvenient for my family.

The hotel was decent Just walking to the rooms smelled stuffy and the pool area as well as breakfast area could use a lot of touch up. It doesn't feel warm welcoming and its not satisfactory. They have a new way for easier check in but that's the only thing that is upgraded with the times. Real renovations to the lobby need to be made.

Very dirty place. Breakfas was not deluxe and there was almost anything there for breakfast. Unsanitary practices all Around in the breakfast area. Very poorly maintained room, hall and stairs.

Disgusting hotel and customer service
The room as spacious furniture okay. Cleanliness was a zero there was gum stuck to the headboard. The telephone did not work. The ironing board cover was filthy, replacement no betterThe shower was creepy it looked like it could’ve had mold and they tiled over it in the walk-in shower. The air conditioner stopped working and it was 88-90 degrees. They tried to fix it in the middle of the night and it made a loud noise all night long. I waited for him to return to say what was going on no return to explain about the air conditioning unit. The next day I had to move to another room and they told me they would not charge me but I would not get a compensation for the unit stop working. The agreement I signed when I checked in I had 10 minutes to decide if I wanted that room. I could not understand that if it was working when I checked in. Lastly, the second room the television had a bad connection and blinked every two minutes making it extremely hard to watch. The towels were the dirtiest white towels and the linen had paint stains on them. The iron in the changed room leaked water all over your clothes. Also, the Indian family running this hotel has no customer service skills ever. There was an incident that occurred at the hotel the police were there looking through video footage. This hotel is a rooming house for the homeless I saw several people just wondering which mad this stay creepy for a single female. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Do Not consider this hotel.

The staff, Dave, was excellent! He is really pleasant and kind but the property needs a lot of TLC. The look is a turn off! The room itself was good. Management needs to fix the lobby and hallways to make it more pleasant and it may attract more stays.

Omg - sooooo luxurious ——NOT — Rough Stay
Desk manager nice, water from sink and stunk, single desk lamp for entire room, bedside lights missing, smoke detectors removed, bedside outlets non functioning, bodily fluid stains on wooden floors by both beds, and sheets had stains, blood stain on wall in bathroom, bed was comfortable- we did not change rooms bc it was after midnight and we were tired from traveling. This room should never have been rented out. Room 212. Maybe it was given to us because I travel with and utilize a legitimate service dog. “No rooms available on first floor.” No elevator Second floor hallway in great need of a makeover- ceiling patched from leaks and carpet smelled. Did not see pool so cannot comment Breakfast on Sunday ended at 9 am- missed it- chairs and food put away by 10 when we checked out

Horrible!!! Ruuuuuun!
Disgusting hotel that stunk to high heaven. Back glass was broken out of the back entrance. Dirty sheets and pillowcases with hair/makeup on them. Hallway filthy. Free breakfast was dry fruit loops or plain white bread.

The address on the app is wrong to begin with so we got lost. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Very nasty. Went to check in at 8pm check in is at 3pm and our room wasn’t even cleaned yet. Would not recommend.

When we arrived, no one was at the desk. We had to wait 15 minutes after calling the number on the desk for someone to assist us. When paying the bill, it was significantly higher than what was quoted on Expedia. I had asked for adjoining rooms; our party had 2 rooms between us. The "continental breakfast" was cereal. There was no coffee or cups in either room.

Fixtures were missing from room (bedside lamps, coffee service, ice chest. Room was a little damp. Doors were tight in the jams. This was the initial room. They did move me to another room, a suite, but some things were still missing. I'd still classify the replacement room as minimally acceptable.
