This is a nice property, clean, good breakfast and spacious meeting, dining area. My only criticism is the lack of communication between all the staff from morning to night shifts. My issue was finally resolved to my satisfaction, but it should not have been so hard.

Overall the hotel was nice. There were just small things that were frustrating. There wasn't a plug near the coffee maker, so had to move it to make coffee; very little hot water in the morning; no vent in the bathroom so it got really stuffy while showering; plugs between the bed were wide and charger blocks fell out. Breakfast was good. Service was excellent. Personal preference: would rather sinks be in the bathroom instead of in the room.

Even though I arrived almost at midnight, check in was nice and easy. The front desk man was very friendly and polite. He provided me with all the necessary info without me asking. The room was great, it was big, clean and even my husband liked the decoration. The only thing I wish I had was a microwave in the room. Other than that, great experience. I would definitely stay here again

Two incredible front desk people
Holiday Inn Express Smyrna, GA. Left passport in the lobby. I went back to look for it (I had a trip to Ireland for Christmas 2023 the next day) and it was gone (my only ID I had with me my trip would have been cancelled taking to my mother, who died that month) Twin found it. RiQuita helped with my Walking Pneumonia and drove me to the ER. I couldn't walk and collapsed at the front desk (could have died) I was alone, didn't know anyone in Atlanta. These three lifted my spirits. Thank you. There are still angels in this world. Troy

I had to protest being given a room right out of the elevator with 2 non-stop powerful blowing fans on each side of the door on my arrival. Then my request for house keeping was confirmed, promised but not honored. Then on Saturday the breakfast area had to be closed for almost an hour during the service hour to wait for more food. This place sucked!

This hotel is in a great location for Braves games, concerts, etc., at Truist Park. About a half mile walk, not bad. Really everything about the hotel was good except the check-in experience. To be fair, many people showed up around the same time mid-afternoon to check in before the concert. However, there was only one person working the front counter and then there was a wait while rooms were being cleaned from the night before. To be clear, the person working the front counter, Tanisha, was very professional and hard-working in the face of an impossible situation. She just had no help.

Nice hotel. We went for the Morgan wallen concert and were unable to check into our room until after the concert was over. If the hotel rooms are sold out the night before, it may take a while to check in.

Checkin was supposed to be after 3 o’clock. We got there at almost 5 and the room is not ready. We chose that hotel for the location as we were going to an event at the ballpark but we had to change and get ready for our event literally in our cars because the room was not ready until after 6 PM.

Every thing was great clean but asked staff for towels at 10 AM didn’t get them until 7:00 PM. Asked three times for towel. They finally gave us some and were very apologetic but otherwise good stay.

No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. A couple of nights the hot water wasn’t hot. There was four of us in the room and they only left three bath towels everyday. Positive- the breakfast was always good and stocked. The motel was pretty clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Front Desk girl was in a Serious Mood. Not even close to being friendly. It's like I was wasting her time. Sorry that you chose to work that job and I'm just checking into my room. Cheer up!!!

Staff was very nice and helpful but room had microwave and coffee maker listed but had neither. Staff brought me Kurig machine. The price of $350 a night is not worth , can’t recommend find something better priced.

Property was convenient to Truist Park. The ONLY friendly staff member was the gentleman that drove the shuttle! All other staff was rude and unfriendly! Didn’t keep breakfast filled and ran out of water to purchase! Fan didn’t work in bathroom. Took water 15 minutes to get hot.
