"It was great. Not very cold AC, but that is just a matter of taste. Breakfast was delicious and generous variety. If you book through the hotel, the shuttle to airport is free. Otherwise, it is 5 euros per person cash and paid at check in to make sure you get the shuttle time you need. It fills up quickly."

"The Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas is a beautiful, well-kept hotel featuring all the top amenities you could possibly need. As a solo traveler, I especially enjoyed relaxing by the fantastic outdoor pool area. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and very comfortable throughout my stay. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—everyone was exceptionally nice, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!"
