Every staff member in this place was extremely friendly and amazing to deal with. Housekeeping could step it up a teeny bit with cleaning the kitchens but overall the room was a 9.5 for cleanliness. Breakfast was very good for a free breakfast! Only downside is the 15ish min walk to the park when there’s already a ton of walking and a ART bus is a little unpredictable. Would stay here again though just due to the fact the staff is amazing and the breakfast

They didn't have enough parking spots for everyone, when we got there the lot was full. and housekeeping didn't come the whole 3 days we were there. But they did give us extra towels and bedding, we just had to ask Everytime instead of just getting new ones when housekeeping came. But the complimentary breakfast buffet was really good, and they seemed to think of everything, there was cups, plates, knife and cutting board, dishwasher , stove, but they gave us a family suite and there was no door between the rooms and they had all glass cups, and my teen accidentally broke one When washing dishes.

Property is convenient to Disneyland only a short 15min walk. Lovely breakfast selection that is always different everyday. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We wish our stay was longer we loved it

I loved that breakfast was included. The food was warm and good variety. Not the usual continental breakfast. Housekeeping is every other day, but that’s okay. One minor downside was the replenishing of towels and toiletries - had to ask the front desk. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was very big for a big family. The cleaner's are very friendly. Even the front staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends in Canada 🇨🇦. Can't wait to come back. 😎
