"The Hotel is super fancy , The staff are super friendly. The food they make is ultra delicious and the serving is five stars. Not to mention the wide variety of cuisines they provide ( Authentic Indian, Middle eastern, Asian, and Continental ) Special thanks to Ms. Amisha at guest relation, Abhijit the Magician chef -- and particularly Thanks to Ms. Paswan running the Reception desk for her kind gestures and help with my reservation issues. I strongly recommend this hotel as a first choice whenever in Mumbai - - It might be a little more expensive than other 5 stars, but it is absolutely worth it and more"

"The staff and their service is absolutely amazing! Right from the bell boy, reception team, Spa and gym team, to the person who served water at breakfast. Everyone was spot on with their service. "

"I’ve stayed at the Hyatt before and it has never disappoint. The restaurants were fantastic. The pool was nice except no drinking allowed by the pool, also the jacuzzi was out of service which was disappointing. The spa for ladies was nice clean and had all the amenities, my husband said the men’s side was nice until he was forced to get out of the jacuzzi because there was a sewage back up and was starting to enter the jacuzzi. I was given the option for room upgrades because I booked 3 rooms; I opted for an apartment three bedrooms two living rooms a balcony kitchen and each room had their own bathroom, it was nice for the space but it was very outdated. The tv were not smart TVs thank god I had my own HDMI cable and iPad to connect to the tv to watch something because the TV had not to even watch. The facility over all is a good stay but once again the surrounding area was terrible alot of poverty people begging it was hard to walk on the streets. We got a few recommendations for shopping which were places decently priced. The excursions around the area were mainly of historic sites and there were tours that included touring the slums."

"A truly remarkable hotel. I stayed at another Taj property that wasn’t the best experience, surprising as Taj is known for the highest standard of hospitality. That said, this experience at Taj the trees was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any hotel. Every department was brilliant, I could write an essay on the expert service from each staff member, though there is a limit as to what I can write here. I’d recommend anyone stay at this property, easily the best in Mumbai, you will not be disappointed. "
