I don't know why but the hotel smell really good. Smelled like lotion. The hotel is by ALL the restaurants. I actually had doubts staying here but I'm so grateful that I did.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. Property is an older building, and bathrooms and rooms are showing some age/wear. Overall a nice, clean, comfortable stay. Would stay here again.

It was OK. The room felt tired and a little dingy. The USB ports were not very conveniently placed and you couldnt reach the bedside lights if you were laying in bed. Guests were noisy and you could hear someone talking in the hallway like they were in the room. It felt like we paid Hampton Inn prices to stay in a Motel 6.

The shower was moldy, and the sink is ridiculously small. The walls are dirty. This place needs a serious make over. The tv doesn’t work well and there is no access to a guide. We won’t stay here again. It is not up to par with a Hilton property.

Paid for a double room with a king bed and was given a regular room with 2 queen beds.
The front desk said oh well.
Elevator was broken too.
I feel we should get some compensation back for the smaller room and wrong bed.

This is the BEST Hampton Inn I’ve ever visited! I cannot describe the kindness the staff showed us during our stay. Michelle, the front desk clerk, was the absolute BEST!!! The lady that worked breakfast Sunday morning was super sweet. I give this hotel a 12 out of 10!!!

Very nice hotel. Lots of extras such free breakfast, hot tea and fruit in lobby. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff very outgoing and friendly. Any staff member you come across greets you warmly.

Overall good visit and room. You get what you pay for which is fine. Only issue was poor sink drain but I reported it and staff was quick to fix for next visitor.

Property is in a good location and staff was pleasant. The property itself if terrible. The ceiling on our room had a leak which dripped on the bed. The room we were moved to had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathroom door got stuck on the floor tile. We woke up to a roach on the floor and no ice in the entire hotel. This hotel needs a complete overhaul. I definitely won’t go back.
