“Nice little hotel”

I went with my wife for 5 days of relaxation in the middle of summer. The hotel was pretty empty (we like it that way). The hotel is a small one and thus you get personalized service. The prices were reasonable except for alcohol. Alcohol is pricier than US (may be not other places). The hotel was going through some renovation is some sections. So, there was some noise during the day but nothing too bad. The TV service is pretty bad with very few channels. There were channels for non-Indians which I am sure the foreigners will love. Excellent service, clean hotel, nice staff. Definitely will return there again.

“Fantastic!”

We found every aspect of this hotel perfect, the staff are the focal point to making your stay that every bit more enjoyable, combine this with an excellent location to the Taj and the obvious high standards throughout the hotel(facilities and services)all contribute to making your stay perfect. This the best hotel I have stayed in and if this is the benchmark set by the Hilton Group I would not hesitate staying in an Hilton hotel anywhere in the world.

“Affordable Luxury”

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Golden Triangle trip. The hotel was only a short taxi ride from the railway station and check-in was straightforward with a complimentary drink. The layout of the hotel is very smart and our room was perfect - excellent kingsize bed, huge TV with good selection of channels, and the Western style bathroom was to a high standard. The Mini-bar was well-priced, and the room service was very reasonable considering the quality of the food, service, and the star rating. The staff are excellent - attentive but not intrusive - and the hotel has a policy of not tipping in person (you can leave a tip at reception on check-out) so you don't need to worry about having change all the time. For us the main selling point was relaxing around the excellently-maintained pool/garden - very welcome in May's heat. The hotel also put together a packed lunch for the train and booked a transfer to the railway station. We had a thoroughly relaxing time there and it was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. Highly recommended.

“Trident Hilton Agra”

Great hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Try an indian dish from the al la carte menu, they are wonderful. Pool is not the warmest, but OK. No tipping policy removes is nice which removes the stress to keep small change on you.

“best value for money hotel, anywhere”

fantastic hotel, service, food, rooms and pool, all great. Was there in summer months, hotel was very quiet, and much cheaper than normal, proving great value for money. set in its own large grounds it is a quiet oasis in a rather manic and filthy town.

“Agra's best hotel by reputation did not disappoint”

We stayed for one night in Agra Trident. We were greated with cool drinks and the check in was done during the course of these very quickly and without hassle (given we hadn't had a chance to print off the expedia voucher). We stayed in a pool view room and had lunch at the bar which has a decent selection of snacks after normal lunch hours. Rooms were clean with full mini-bar facilities, good number of english channels on satellite TV and nice towels, shampooes etc. The gym consists of a few cardio machines and one exercise machine accompanied by a small selection of free weights all in a normal hotel room which has been converted into a gym. Checkout was equally hassle free.

“Great Hotel for couples and Family!”

Appear to be catering for western visitors and Not for Indian visiors as the food was far too much toned down in spices etc. otherwise a fine hotel
