Property Amenities
Overlooking ITC Mughal’s verdant gardens, this 5-star resort’s observation tower and sitting area also offer views of the Taj Mahal. The 99,000-square-foot spa, The Kaya Kalp - The Royal Spa, features Ayurvedic and Western treatments, as well as a traditional hammam – one of the first in India. A 25-meter lap pool with unique garden islands is lit up each night, and the health club has a sauna and spa tub.
Five onsite restaurants serve meals throughout the day, including regional cuisine at Peshwari and international buffets at Taj Bano. Afternoon teas and live entertainment are featured daily. Breakfast is served poolside (surcharge) and 24-hour room service is available.
An outdoor tennis court, golfing green, and fitness center are located onsite. Business travelers can take advantage of a 24-hour business center and meeting rooms, as well as wireless Internet access in public areas (surcharge). Roundtrip airport shuttles are available (surcharge).

ITC Mughal Agra’s 233 air-conditioned rooms feature modern and traditional Indian décor, with courtyard, garden, or pool views. All rooms have plasma TVs with premium channels and DVD players. Minibars, coffee/tea makers, and complimentary bottled water are included. Guestrooms offer wired and wireless Internet access (surcharge) as well as desks, phones, and laptop-compatible safes. Bathrooms provide complimentary toiletries, handheld showerheads, bathrobes, and hair dryers.

Peshawari- This restaurant serves Northwest Indian cuisine for lunch and dinner. Reservations are required in the winter.
Taj Bano– Enjoy gourmet buffets served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Afternoon teas, a bar, and children's menu are also available.
Mahjong Room- This ornate restaurant serves Asian cuisine for dinner and has a bar.
Maikhana- This tapas bar and restaurant has a bar and overlooks the pool.
Majlis– Overlooking the garden, this coffee shop serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar.

Recreation
The ITC Mughal’s unique 25-meter outdoor lap pool features underwater seating, garden islands, nighttime lighting, and fountains. Guests have access to an outdoor tennis court and a golfing green, and yoga classes are held in the garden. Inside, the hotel features a game room and fitness center with cardio and weight machines. The health club also features a sauna and spa tub.

Spa
The Kaya Kalp - The Royal Spa is a 99,000-square-foot full-service spa with 8 treatment rooms and an ornate Turkish hammam, one of the first in the country. A variety of treatment therapies are offered, including Ayurvedic treatments.
Maincures, pedicures, and hair styling are available at the beauty salon, located inside the spa. Spa-goers must be 18 or over.

“Superb”
I have stayed at many hotels over the years and this one tops them all. Very good customer service. I felt at home during my stay. Excellent amenities. It is an oasis.

“Excellent Experience”
Everything was as expected. We had reserved a non-smoking room but none was available upon check-in. The manager acknowledged the problem quickly and upgraded us to a nice suite. The hotel is nicely designed and has beautiful architectural features and beautiful grounds. It is also a green hotel. However, it has no elevators and is therefore not convenient for the handicapped.

Beautiful hotel, great lookout to the Taj Mahal, lovely staff and the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in. With the outside temperatures between 45 and 48 degrees(C), this hotel provided a welcome refuge to return to.

I am very impressed withis hotel. The only suggestion for improvement is the food quality for the room service. It was below my expecgtations and below that of other ITC hotels namely New Delhi, I stayed several times.
“Lovely hotel, personalised service”
Staff were all very friendly. Room clean, bed comfortable. Staff helped with everything we needed (for example, we were cold and were brought a heater straight away). Breakfast was great, all of the usual Western options as well as lots of traditional Indian food to taste. I would recommend this hotel, no problems at all!
“Fantastic Hotel: Highly Recommended!!!”
Everything about this hotel is excellent. The welcome was superb, cold drinks included. We were upgraded to a suite (which was lovely, and had decent views of the tops of the Taj), and had the best meal we had in India at the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. The service is impeccable. The spa facilities are some of the best in the world. We wish we had had more time to spend at the hotel!
“Absolutely superb!!”
We spent one night at the ITC Mughal and wish we had more time to spend there. There was nothing in the entire experience that could have been better!! We happened to know somebody who worked there and were upgraded free to a suite - which was undoubtedly the best hotel room I have ever been in. The Taj Mahal was less that 10 min away. Wonderful, wonderful experience!
