"Shocking experience from start to finish, I arrived at Eastern Mangroves Suites to be told I had to move to another hotel (Andalus Al Seef) because the hotel I'd booked (all the way IN FEBRUARY might I add) was overbooked! Had to get another taxi and pay for it all myself. I missed the qualifying for the Formula 1 because I had to move hotels and waited 2 hours to check-in at the new hotel. "Our stay was truly delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would eagerly return. Nulen (apologies if we've misspelled the name) at the reception desk was an absolute gem. She greeted us warmly, efficiently arranged our breakfast reservations, and was always on hand to assist with transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. Her exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The only disappointment was discovering that the beach club was closed :( While we recognize that this is beyond the hotel's control, it was, ironically, the allure of the beach club that drew us to choose the Sheraton for our stay."
