"Liked the amenities of having a mini kitchen, washer and dryer , room was big , bathroom was big , beds were comfortable . Front desk was helpful . What we did not appreciate was those staff standing by the door or entrance would not even offer to help with the luggage’s seeing us having a difficult time hauling thru the front entrance , we stayed at Park Hyatt Seoul and Grand Josun Busan and Hotel Intercontinental Gangnam and they see us struggling with our luggage’s , they meet us even outside...

"I had a wonderful stay. This hotel is highly recommended. The location was great, the staff was excellent and the facility was modern and in great condition. It is near to the Namdaemun market and Myeongdong as well which are all within walking distance. The airport limousine stop to the airport is also a short walking distance from the hotel. Staff and services were also great. Will stay here again and definitely recommend it as well. "
