"There are lot of improvement that can come , quality of towels very poor, more training session need to be imparted to the housekeeping to keep an eye as to what is needed , they should definitely look into the mosquitos in the lobby. Front Desk Staff is good and eager to help you. Breakfast spread was good and staff very humble. "

"When we booked this hotel the assumption of it being a 'Hilton-quality' hotel weighed heavily on the decision. Even though we knew this was a 'second brand' for the Hilton group in India, we didn't expect it to be so thoroughly average in it's infra and facilities. "It is one of the better hotels in the city, however it can be quite expensive. As a Taj property it does offer the excellent hospitality that you get at any Taj. However as a hotel, it is a little underwhelming. Compared to other Taj hotels the decor is almost non existent in rooms so when you immediately walk into the room it does feel a little cheap. However the bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu for you to get exactly what you need for a good nights sleep."
