"5⭐ Review The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk team was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. The area felt very safe and had easy access to public transportation. Although it is a little farther from the Eiffel Tower, the location is very convenient, with a shopping mall and several restaurants nearby. "no free shuttle. wasn’t available and they did not return calls. waitress for lunch was satisfactory at best and asked me for a tip TWICE. not customary unless service is good in Paris got a notification from expedia did we receive our free drinks for our status. ….no. had to ask them for it. they gave us a ticket only for wine or beer after they had let us down twice. i never leave terrible reviews but service was the issue. it was terrible"

"We were given a room that was freshly refurbished and smelled of paint which was not great. The staff were courteous to change it immediately on our request. The new room was good but in serious need of repair with wet patches in the ceiling in the bathroom and woodwork completely peeling. On the first day, housekeeping did not clean the room and despite two reminders, it wasn’t cleaned when we came back to the room post dinner. It was then cleaned after we went to the manager. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, the staff is nice but due to the points mentioned above, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The obvious Lake is at the location of the Eiffel Tower. We thought we had a balcony room and for the price, I would expect balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The safe didn’t work and they said someone to come to fix it but as far as I know no one ever did. The soap and the shower didn’t work and for a short period of time we lost electricity. They came to fix it, but when we opened the door, the lights came back on. Great to have the TAXi stand so close by."
