"When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."

"Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website.
