"All the staff were so helpful. No problem changing my room when I had a view straight into a tree... after that blissful view of mountains. "We stayed over the Christmas break in a Jacuzzi suite. We booked at Deep Woods, but were put up in ELIXIR HILLS their BRAND NEW property next door (opened sometime in Oct 2017). Rooms are in a spanking new condition. Food was reasonably OK. This property is in the middle of the Pulimoottil Estate and is around 10 Kms away from Munnar (1 hr by road to Munnar). It is close to Deep Woods Resort, their sister property. We tried food at Deep Woods one night and that was also nice."
