There was check-in problem we faced for a short will and also we got the room after waiting for 1 hr in morning .
TV was not working problem half of day it was no single .
Overall experience was good in the hotel . Room services excellent.
This is very good budget hotel with minimum amenities. But food is excellent and specially andhra thali and pesarattu. Location is very good. But only problem with unprofessional staff.If you are a frequent business traveller, you can find the difference.
This is one of the best options to stay at Vizag. The staff is very courteous & prompt. Its very close to rushikonda beach. The only issue about the hotel room is the water drainage problem in the bathrooM, that the hotel should look into.The breakfast

It was the hotel's good decision that saved the day for themselves from an embarrassing situation ... But must say they rectifed, reasoned with themselves and saved the day for the guest too. Thanks to Expedia's intervention and mainly thanks to Megalaya's management decision.
My only suggestion to the suppliers and the portal expedia is if you as a supplier offer a discount to be passed on to the customer than stick to it, if not don't bother and the portal is not put to a embarrasing situation with their customers.
Secondly if the portal is a go between please follow up with your suppliers and also double check and during peak season triple check in writing and verbal confirmation. Don't take the process for granted as it can put the customers who trust you to a lot of inconvivence and harrassment... Than what could have been followed up as a double check now would have landed the portal executives with many more hours of job sorting out the issue and bad name as well.
