"Staff were amazing. Friendly and fulfilling with all requests. Great location and with parking facilities was an absolute bonus. The only downside would be the lack of on site social area. An in house bar area would be fantastic, so expect to go out because it is just a room available. But that doesn’t lower its score. "

"I would choose this accommodation for all my stays in BGC. It's perfectly situated across major malls and restaurants, and is walking distance to Market Market and SM Aura, and St. Lukes. The unit is clean and all appliances worked well. A big thank you to the property manager who is available and responds to all my inquiries quickly."

"I was ecstatic to stay here until I opened the door to the apartment provided. It was infested with roaches. It was on the floor, on the bed on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I attempted claim a refund but obviously we know how the world works.. although expedia, as a company you have the power to remove a property from your sites. At this point if i cant get my money back at least save someone else from this hell hole"

"We were suppose to stay at the hotel but were told there was a problem with the commode in the bathroom and instead were offered a condo at One Up Town Residence. The location was great as it connected to the mall and the restaurants at the mall were fantastic. The only thought I had from reading other reviews was the I saw the same scenario with the bad toilet and others offered a condo room instead. The only down side was there was no room service so you had to wash the towels and linens...
