"The only positives about this hotel were the friendly staff and the beach, which was nice and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing. Despite booking a sea-view room, the room itself felt more like a rundown motel than a resort hotel. The mattress was terrible and appeared to have been flipped upside down, which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The overall condition and comfort of the room did not meet my expectations at all. Since my stay was short, I didn’t bother making a complaint, but it definitely impacted my experience. While I appreciated the staff’s kindness and the beach access, the poor quality of the room and bed would keep me from staying here again."
