"Terrible experience of staying from 26-29 December 2020. Staff was courteous but hotel facilities and room conditions including cleanliness was totally unacceptable. Hotel management should seriously review and take proper actions to amend the sorry state of the property specially when room charges are extremely high. "

"I booked my stay in balaka, but I received a call a day before my check in that balaka cannot provide me a room, as a person has been tested positive, but they will provide me a equivalent stay on a different hotel, The name of the hotel is HOME STAY WORLD, the location and the hotel was good when I checked in they offered me a room which was not similar to what I have chosen in balaka, then they offered me a diff room which was good but for that I have to pay more than what I have paid upfront...
