"Someone try to open my bag. Staff making noise until 12am in nearest both room. Kingsize bed is two attached queen bed and there is gap between two bed. Also my legs are come out from bed. Hard to sleep."

"The reception is on the 1st floor and there are no sign boards anywhere. It was confusing at first because I went around not finding anyone. Then the AC in the room was not working. I had to change twice. But the staff was helpful and took prompt action."
