"We stayed there for 4 days and the stay was really good. Room was clean but the washroom was a bit smelly. Hotel was a bit far from Haram but they provide shuttle service to reach Haram. The staff were really nice and helping."

"The experience was fine. There is no restaurant for guests in the hotel. One which is in hotel is for Turkish guests only "

"Way too far from the haram. Do not recommend if you are going to be doing tawafs and are not physically up for a long walk back up steep roads to get to the hotel. Does not actually have any bus service. Do not provide food if you are not with a group. No one speaks English. The internet is ONLY at the lobby. The front desk staff are hardly ever at the front desk. It's room is clean and so that is the only good thing. "
