"Great location and very safe. Only vegetarian food (Fantastic). Some of the staff are new and kept coming back for review even after we just had coffee. Management makes them get 10 reviews a day. They do not think about the service before asking for the review. This was annoying, not an inconvenience. Sometimes the tables are close to food preps which made us request a change of seats. Otherwise, we would have had a very noisy dinner."

"Stay away from this hotel. The front of the hotel is falling down. The room was old with mold at the bottom of the walls. There is no management. The 2nd day when we arrived at 5 pm, the room was not done. I had to argue to get it done. The manager didn't apologize and the staff discussed between them who was going to clean the room. I will never go back to this hotel."

I visited many other Havelis in Jodhpur, to eat at their rooftop restaurants, and all of them were cleaner, had more staff working, and had other people staying there. "I stayed for two nights. Overpriced resort with unimpressive service. WIFI signal is weak. No room cleaning during the two nights. Breakfast was extremely limited and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. Staff was not helpful, they seemed to be more interested to serve wedding party guests. This resort was more expensive then Indana Palace in Jodhpur, but the latter is 10 times better including much better staff and much better rooms. Stay away from this resort."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and every single staff member was friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were always available whenever I needed something. The room was spacious, well-lit with a nice TV and a great shower with endless hot water. The breakfast was always good and the restaurant on the ground floor was outstanding! "I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd.
