"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. They even remembered our names, which made our stay feel very personal. Everyone was friendly, hardworking, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent. We especially loved the parfaits and ended up having multiple every day! While it isn’t a large all-inclusive-style buffet, there was always something for everyone, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The rooftop has beautiful views, and the location is hard to beat. Being right in the heart of the city made it easy to walk to restaurants, the marina, and everything we wanted to see. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. This is a smaller boutique-style hotel, and they do much of their laundry on-site using traditional washers and dryers, so occasionally a towel or sheet may not look perfectly spotless. However, everything was always clean, fresh, and well cared for. Despite being located in the center of the city, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night. Noise was never an issue for us. We also loved the little extras, such as the espresso machine in the room and the large smart TV. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The staff work incredibly hard and truly made our vacation memorable. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo."
