"Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent. "Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed. "There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise. So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night. "

"possibly the worst hotel ive stayed in ever. dirty, horrible place, limited facilities, breakfast only south indian, no options other than toast, tea wouldnt make without sugar, wouldnt make eggs. other than 1 member of staff Krishna the others wer completely unhelpful as if they didnt really care. one guy just sat watching tv in his vest. mornings around 6.30am a massive racket, rooms are not more than 5 metres from reception. wouldnt recommend at all."
