"When I was beginning my trip to Thailand, this is the kind of hotel I was yearned for. Something out of the ordinary that really made me felt like I lived in another country. "Awesome stay at the phi phi viewpoint resort. Staff was amazing and super friendly, pool was top notch. Bungalow was a great getaway in the hustle and bustle of phi phi. Very close to the viewpoint and right on the water. 10 outta 10 would stay again!"

"Upon arrival the hotel is nothing like how it appears in the photos, it's run down and dirty. There are used towels and laundry strewn about the hotel lobby area and stairs (no lift). The hotel staff leave for the night around 7pm and return only in the morning so there is no one to bring concerns to or go to for help. The room was filthy and stank of sewage coming up from the drain. There were bugs, old hair, stains on the rug and bedding, mildew, and the comforter even had mold growing on it....
