"Our stay as a family of 5 in 1 room was very convenient. The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. We had no issues at all. The location was great as there was a bar/ restaurant joined to building and they were also very friendly our hire shop was on door step and so was the gondola. There was plenty of shops close by for anything needed. If we was to return to la massana we would stay here again "

"An interesting hotel on top of a pub in the old part of Andorra la vella. Room was basic but clean and everything catered for. We had a view over the front door, where they also set the tables for the pub/restaurant, so it was a little noisy until late (especially given that it was 2 days before new years'. Food was limited, no breakfast offered. Positioning was brilliant, easy to walk and see most of the town. Lovely atmosphere in the pub at night, even for us who are not night animals. Staff...

"The hotel is in a good spot for exploring Cerdanya and is on a main road below Bellver de Cerdanya which is a lovely small town with bars, restaurants, shops and attractions. The hotel is older style but very comfortably furnished and well maintained. We ate in the restaurant on Sunday evening, the 25e 3 course menu had good choices and included wine. It is also possible to get snacks from the bar. Breakfast buffet simple and good. We would have given a higher score but the pool area was closed...

"This is a very cute, quaint hotel in Sispony. Absolutely beautiful views, but it is a little inconvenient to get to La Vella. There is a nearby bus stop, but it seemed very irregular, so taxis were the way to go. However, a very cute property in all! "

We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. The food in the restaurant was very good."

"The value of the hotel is you can ski in and out even in poor snow conditions (as we had). Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). "Gem of a hotel in Alp Catalonia. Two stars don’t do justice to this family run enterprise with a modern decor. Located 15 mins drive from the ski pistes, your removed location is made good by the views of cerdanya."

Room very small but for the price we paid was perfectly good. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Great shower. Many thanks. Will come again "
